Thoroughly organised, efficient and sharp, you cannot get a better person to arrange the best flights or accommodation. Karen is always friendly and patient, relating well to all staff and parents. Taking a group of 13 year olds to America is a daunting task... one has to be able to rely on the tickets and bookings being perfect. I never once had a problem with any booking in 5 years of travel.
