This company has perfected their system. Their staff are so helpful and the Back to School service runs so efficiently, we would never change!
The boxes are delivered on the due date, the left over boxes are collected as arranged, the cashiers are always well trained and friendly, and Waltons deal with the parents who do not respond.

Misleading pamphlets

Many of the stationary codes changed after we had already ordered most of our stationery which caused havoc and ended up messing up our order. After trying our best to change our codes to the new codes, they decided that the old colder would suffice. This wasted a lot of time and in the end, our orders were misrepresented and we received a lot of stationery that we did not need.
