Working with Karen at Sure Bishops travel is an absolute pleasure: Her responses to emails are quick, efficient and concise; telephonically she is always patient, up to speed, and calm. Thoroughly organised, efficient and sharp, you cannot get a better person to arrange the best flights or accommodation. Karen is always friendly and patient, relating well to all staff and parents. Karen has to accommodate complex tour requirements at our school and needs to liaise closely with the accounting department. Her commitment to this relationship is exceptional.

Efficient, informed and very helpful
Taking a group of 13 year olds to America is a daunting task... one has to be able to rely on the tickets and bookings being perfect. I never once had a problem with any booking in 5 years of travel.

Hockey tour to Europe

Bishops Hockey took two sides to Europe in 2013. Sure Bishops Travel (Giltedge) were our local agents and organised the entire tour - from flights, hotels, fixtures etc. They were competitively priced and efficient. The tour was well organised and certainly we consider it a success.
